The secretary supports organization, communication, and record-keeping for COCOM. They ensure meetings, decisions, and documents are accurately recorded, help coordinate schedules and correspondence, and support smooth and efficient operations for the community.

EMMANUEL MUKEMBE
The Treasurer oversees COCOM’s finances with transparency and accountability. The Treasurer manage budgeting, financial records, and reporting to ensure responsible stewardship of community resources and support the organization’s long-term stability.
